We want your experience with us to be a positive one. It is our intention, as a business, to provide quality products you can confidently use and recommend to others. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, or fail in one form or another, please do not hesitate to contact us, we want to resolve the issue.

 

Policy

Manufacturer warrants all products and parts of its own manufacture against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 (Two) years when used under normal operating conditions as determined by manufacturer upon examination. Manufacturer will repair or replace (but not install) any part or parts it manufactured and deems, in its judgement, defective against material and or workmanship.  If requested by the manufacturer, the part or parts for which a warranty claim is made are to be returned transportation prepaid, along with copy of original receipt to our warehouse.  This warranty becomes void if the part or parts claimed to be defective have been repaired, modified, or changed in any way or when the part or parts have been subject to neglect, misuse, accident or racing or when a failure to follow proper installation procedures occurs.   We make no other warranty, express or implied, and make no warranty or merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, and there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.  No employee or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty.  The remedies herein above afforded to the purchaser are exclusive of all other remedies provided by law.  Manufacturer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages where the loss sustained is of a commercial nature.

GGB Four Stroke Exhaust

GGB four stroke exhaust systems, both Race and Trail versions for UTV / SxS’s are designed to be run without having to install an aftermarket fuel programmer. The GGB systems are designed to increase exhaust flow but only to the point where the stock fuel programmer will still compensate for the change. If a programmer is required for a particular system, we will clearly state so in any included literature. All GGB systems are designed to be a direct bolt- on replacement for the stock exhaust and will allow the installation of all factory body panels to be re-installed back on the car unless otherwise stated in the literature for a particular product.

OFF-Road Products Warranty

Manufacturer warrants all products and parts of its own manufacture against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 (two) years when used under normal operating conditions as determined by manufacturer upon examination. Manufacturer will repair or replace (but not install) any part or parts it manufactured and deems in its judgement defective against material and or workmanship. If requested by the manufacturer, the part or parts for which a warranty claim is made are to be returned transportation prepaid along with copy of original receipt to our warehouse. This warranty becomes void if the part or parts claimed to be defective have been repaired, modified, or changed in any way or when the part or parts have been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or racing, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any instructions issued by Manufacturer.

Procedure

Email tech@ggb.ca with a description of the problem and we will reply immediately to get this resolved. When possible please include images, as this will help us process your claim.

Warranty claim

If a warranty claim is to be made please contact GGB with the reason for the claim prior to returning any part(s).  

Warranty return

Before returning any item, email customerservice@ggb.ca to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of all returning packages. Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.

Shipping

GGB will pay the shipping cost to have the defective product sent back to our warehouse or at it's discretion may request a picture of the destroyed product. If a new item is being sent out as a replacement, GGB will pay the shipping cost .

Exchange

If you are approved and request a new replacement product, we will ship the new product out to you, free of charge.

Refunds

If you are approved, then a full refund of the product and your original shipping costs will be processed, and a full credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Product Improvement

GGB reserves the right to make product improvements at any time without responsibility or obligation to make similar changes or add similar
improvements on parts delivered prior to those changes.
