GGB Exhaust Return Policy

Returns

GGB Exhaust will provide refunds/exchanges under these conditions….

1) The return product must be unused, has not been fired.

2) Product is not damaged, must be returned in the condition received.

3) No product will be accepted without an approved RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION, provided by GGB Exhaust.

4) Terms are mutually agreed by both parties,

5) To return or exchange a product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. No exceptions made.

6) Buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost and any customs/brokerage fees,

7) A 10% restocking fee will be charged for our time and repackaging materials,

8) No returns on custom orders,

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEM(S) WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION AS ALL SUCH SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER

NOTE: When returning a product, please fill in “reason for return” RETURN on any supporting document. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either ensure your package for safe return to GGB or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. GGB is not responsible for products lost in transit.

Refunds

If approved, a refund minus 10% restocking fee of the product is processed and  will be applied to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

If the return is for exchange, due to an error by GGB Exhaust, GGB Exhaust will pay the shipping costs to have the correct item sent out to you. A tracking number will be issued as soon as the new, exchanged item leaves our facility.

If you are exchanging the product due to an error on your end, additional shipping charges will apply. A tracking number will be issued as soon as the new, exchanged item leaves our facility.

Shipping

To return the package, please mail to:

GGB Exhaust, 138 Syples St, PO Box 484 , Burk’s Falls, Ontario P0A1C0.

Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and either insure for safe return to GGB Exhaust or declare the full value of the shipment to cover if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Retain the tracking number as proof of the return.

Depending on where the return originates, the time to arrive at GGB Exhaust will vary. Please track your returned package and allow GGB Exhuast two business days after receipt to contact you.
