GGB Exhaust Return Policy

Returns

GGB Exhaust will accept unused product returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition first received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is preferred. However, if lost, please provide the approximate date of purchase and purchasers name to locate details on GGB Exhaust’s file.

Before returning any item, email customerservice@ggb.ca to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of all returning packages. Packages returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, GGB Exhaust will send an email notifying receipt of return and approval of return, if applicable..

If approved, a  refund is processed and a credit will applied to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

If the return is for exchange, due to an error by GGB Exhaust, GGB Exhaust will pay the shipping costs to have the correct item sent out to you. A tracking number will be issued as soon as the new, exchanged item leaves our facility.

If you are exchanging the product due to an error on your end, additional shipping charges will apply. A tracking number will be issued as soon as the new, exchanged item leaves our facility.

Shipping

To return the package, please mail to:

GGB Exhaust, 146 Yonge St, PO Box 484 , Burk’s Falls, Ontario P0A1C0.

Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and either insure for safe return to GGB Exhaust or declare the full value of the shipment to cover if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Retain the tracking number as proof of the return.

Depending on where the return originates, the time to arrive at GGB Exhaust will vary. Please track your returned package and allow GGB Exhuast two business days after receipt to contact you.
