Center exit dual-tip muffler systems are a little different. These aftermarket SxS exhaust
systems route exhaust gases to a center rear exit rather than the stock side exit. The
geometry change delivers a distinct look and sound profile that a side-exit system
cannot replicate. It also requires a small modification to the plastic rear fascia.
This is disclosed upfront because it should be. A rider who does not know about it
before starting the install deserves better. Here is exactly what the modification

Which GGB Center Exit SxS Exhaust Systems Require a Fascia Cut

Two GGB center exit muffler systems for Polaris RZR models involve the fascia
modification. Both are Sport Pro Dual Tip designs.

All other GGB SxS and UTV exhaust systems are standard bolt-on installs. No fascia
modification. No cutting. If your model is not listed here, you are installing a direct slip-
on replacement.

What the Fascia Cut Actually Involves

The rear fascia on these Polaris RZR models is a plastic panel. The center exit exhaust
routing passes through an area of this panel that the stock side-exit muffler does not
occupy. A small section of plastic needs to be removed to clear the dual-tip exit.

The cut is clean, defined, and repeatable because GGB includes a cutting template in
the box. You are not eyeballing this or improvising. The template shows you exactly
where to cut, and the cut area is modest.

After the facia cut, the provided new rear facia plate needs to be installed. This plate fits
cleanly into the factory rear facia lines and gets riveted into place. This plate is
aluminum and finished in a black powder coat to blend into the rear facia. Once the
plate is installed, the rear facia looks like it came that way from the factory.

Anyone with basic mechanical skills can complete this modification. It does not require
specialized tools, and it does not void your warranty in any way that a standard
aftermarket SxS exhaust swap would not already address. And once it is done, it is
done.

Why the Center Exit Design Exists

The center exit configuration is an aesthetic and acoustic choice that a number of SxS
riders specifically seek out. The dual tip center exit look reads differently than a side
exit, and the sound profile reflects the different routing geometry.
It is also a genuinely different product from the side-exit Sport Pro muffler for the same
platform. Riders who want the center exit design choose it knowing the fascia
modification is part of the install. The trade-off is one they have already evaluated.
